The childcare of my three (now adult) children was the reason and inspiration to establish care 4 kids. After completing my studies in Art History I decided that care 4 kids better combined my family and professional life and this passion has guided me over the many years.
Since 1990 it has been a personal commitment to find the ideal childcare solution for every client based upon their needs. For every nanny I try to find a great family that guarantees a fair salary and solid social insurances. It is my goal to bring happy nannies together with happy families.
With great enthusiasm I am devoted to sports such as powerwalking, tennis and swimming. Ballet, Music, Mahjong and Fine Art are part of my passions. Our three adult children all live in Zurich and are still a tremendous part of my life.
I was born in Vienna and have been at home in recruitment for many years. People, their stories, and their individual needs have always fascinated me. That is exactly what makes my work so special: bringing together the right families and nannies with sensitivity, experience, and a keen instinct for the perfect match.
Since 2023, I have been part of care 4 kids. In addition to placement, I am also involved in marketing, continuously building new partnerships for care 4 kids and actively contributing to the strategic development of our company. What I find particularly enriching is the close and trusting collaboration with our Managing Director, Ms. Crista Cron. Her commitment, professionalism, and warmth inspire me greatly.
In my free time, I find balance in professional dog sports with my Dalmatian. The intense cooperation, discipline, and mutual trust reflect many of the values that also shape my work: passion, trust, and true teamwork.
My name is Carolina, I come from Córdoba, Argentina and I am a human resources student from the University Siglo 21. This summer I will be graduating.
Since October 2025, I have been working for care 4 kids, and it has been a wonderful experience.
Care 4 kids is an incredible place to start working, I really appreciate Crista’s support and guidance during my learning process, as well as Jasmin’s, who has guided me and taught me a lot about working in HR as well as support my German learning process.
I believe we have a really amazing and supportive team.
Having also worked as a nanny for seven years in four different countries has helped me a lot to understand the needs of nannies and all our families.
