Relevant child-related work experience and a complete, documented Resume, which will be rigorously reviewed, are mandatory requirements of a care 4 kids nanny. References are required and will be contacted for additional feedback. All nannies must have a B or C Permit or hold a Swiss passport
Punctuality (arrive 5 minutes early)
Respect the guidelines of the parents and family rituals
No excessive perfume scent or smell of tobacco, no noticeable tattoos nor face piercings
Upon arrival of the nanny/return home of the parents, any particular occurrences, such as minor injuries or special instructions, must be conveyed
Instruct pertaining to emergency situations, to whom can the nanny turn in an emergency
No medications are to be given without prior advice from either the pediatrician or parents
Respect data protection confidentiality (no photos of children or work place, etc.), no social media postings whatsoever
The use of mobile phones is limited to the scope of the nannies role as caretaker, no private usage allowed
Groomed appearance, dress code depends on job from sporty-elegant, casual or in uniform for party events
Upon the arrival of a nanny she is to remove her shoes, wash hands, bind long hair
Regular briefing and assessment discussions are recommended to enhance working relationship
Polite and courteous behavior toward all care 4 kids families and clients
Excerpt from Swiss criminal record not older than 6 months required
Act to the best of one’s knowledge and judgement
Children may never be left unattended, their responsibility never be delegated to a third person or the children be taken to any place without prior consent of the parents
Our nannies are required to leave the home neat and orderly as well as a tidy play area. All child-related tasks are part of the nanny's responsibilities
