✓ ApplicationFill out the Nanny Application Form.✓ Review and screening by your care 4 kids teamWe will carefully review your application and determine your compatibility with care 4 kids and reach out to you.✓ Invitation to online orientationThe next step is an online orientation about working for care 4 kids and reviewing mutual expectations. There will be such meetings each week, either in German or English. You will receive a link to subscribe to the meeting of your choice.✓ RegistrationShould both parties be interested in pursuing an application to become a care 4 kids nanny,  we ask you to fill out our binding registration form, together with a copy of your criminal record excerpt or proof that one has been ordered. Order your criminal record excerpt here. ✓ Personal introductory meetingWe will reach out to invite you to a personal interview in our office. We will discover more about you, details regarding your childcare experience, languages, interests, languages, childcare-specific training and hobbies. We will note your availability and preferences. You will receive all relative information regarding current salary or wage recommendations, insurances, etc. We will train you in our code of conduct. You will be invoiced a registration fee which includes CHF 10Mio in liability protection.✓ Acceptance into nanny poolAfter contacting all three of the provided references  with positive feedback you are officially a care 4 kids nanny. Leave the job search to care 4 kids now but be ready for interviews and/or spontaneous jobs.✓ Employment opportunitiesWe contact you for possible employment opportunities which correspond to your preferences, availability and experience. We are devoted to matching you up with the optimal family and a terrific job.
